This is a great and varied route for experienced cyclists looking for a longer trip. It is possible to complete this entire route in one day, but for families, we recommend an overnight stay en route. You can start this round-trip from Vaset, Fagernes or Tisleidalen, however, due to the traffic we recommend to take the local bus between Leira and Tisleidalen, especially with children.

Tour description:
From Tisleidalen, follow Tisleivegen via Fløten and Furuset to Langestølen, a nice place for a break. You can buy refreshments in the convenience store. From Langestølen, continue to Nøsen and follow Panoramavegen to Vaset and quite steep downhill to Ulnes. Here you turn right and follow Lovegen along the southern shore of Lake Strandefjorden to Leira. 

If you cycle this round-trip from Fagernes, use the old road or the cycling path along the shoreline of Lake Strandefjorden between Fagernes (Shell station) and Leira, which adds approx. 3.5 faily flat kilometers extra per way.
