Fondsbu is well known for its kitchen, where homemade traditions and local ingredients are used. We prepare all our meals ourselves and even bread and cakes are made in our kitchen. We never use half fabricated products!

Our gourmet weekends have become very popular.

Breakfast and dinner is served every day during high season and the cafeteria is open between 11am and 5pm.

Fondsbu lies at scenic Eidsbugarden on lake Bygdin. It has a vibrant environment and is popular with avid hikers. Summit seekers and glacier hikers can also find exciting challenges in the area.

During the summer, many hike from "cabin to cabin" in Jotunheimen, and Fondsbu is a natural place to stop.
