All milk from our goats is processed directly in our mountain farm dairy ”Mikroysteriet” at Olestølen. We produce and sell ecological cured sausage of goat and several types of ecological goat cheese - white and brown hard cheese, cream cheese, salad cheese, chèvre and yogurt - processed by hand from raw goat milk from the mountain farm. The traditional Norwegian brown cheese is cooked over open fire and stirred until stiffened by hand in the traditional way.
