Just half an hour drive from Fagernes and a few minutes from Beitostølen, you´ll find beautiful Lake Øyangen.
It takes a bit of time to find you balance on the SUP boards, so we strongly recommend you to bring swimming clothes and towels.
If you have paddled a SUP before, you know it has a relaxed, almost meditative effect to paddle standing or on your knees. Did you know that SUP yoga is actually a trend?
Children love getting on and off these boards. Keep them under supervision and with lifejackets on at all times. There is no lifeguard in the area.
As in all Mountain Lakes, it can get windy on short notice. We strongly recommend you to stay in the Bay area and paddle close to the shore. If you want to go for a longer paddling tour or a fishing tour, we recommend you rent instead a canoe or a kayak.
