Christmas preparation day at Valdres Folkemuseum

Sales marked and Decorating the Christmas Tree
Decorations workshop for children

The organization Vennelaget for Valdres Folkemuseum (Friends of Valdres Folkemuseum) arranges its traditional bazar. The Christmas tree is decorated with decorations made by the children. The lights on thee tree are lit at 4pm.

Sales of local produce and hand crafts   

Several local food and crafts producers arrange a sales marked with hand crafts from the Valdres region. Here you might find your Christmas dinner components or gifts to put under the tree. There's also baking of traditional Valdres Christmas pastels such as lefser, hardangerlefser and rosettbakels.
