First Camp Gol - Hallingdal

Gol is located at the southern end of the spectacular Mjølkevegen cycling route and marks either the starting or end point for cyclists that embark on the Mjølkevegen adventure. At Gol, you stay close to nature with hillsides, mountain plateaus and the river all right outside your doorstep.

The camp ground offers comfortable accommodation in cabins and apartments as well as spots for tents, motorhomes and caravans. The cabins are are practical and cosy and can sleep 3 to 8 persons. There are modern service facilities, playground, shop, restaurant with in- and outside seating and a sauna which cyclists may enjoy before or after the tour. There's also a drying room, a washing station for bicycles and the possibility to charge e-bike batteries.

During summer, you can visit the outdoor swimming pool Hallingstampen Friluftsbad, with water slide, sunny deck and a kiosk - a popular attraction on warm summer days. 

First Camp Gol is situated close to the town centre of Gol with various shops, boutiques, restaurants and activities for the whol family. It's a good place to touch ground after a long cycling tour in the mountains - or to charge up before you head out into the beautiful nature and mountain farm roads.
