From grain to bread: Learn to bake with sourdough with Ida Albertsen
Welcome to the weekend course in sourdough baking!
With this course, Ida from "Sourdough Heaven" wants to inspire you to explore the wonderfully tasty world of sourdough. Did you know, for example, that by using sourdough as a leavening agent in the bread dough, the flour you use will ferment and thus release more flavor than using yeast and, in addition, make the baking much easier for your body to digest?
On this course you will get to know the sourdough starter and everything you can use it for. You will get the recipes for what we make and tips and tricks on how to best bake when you get back home.
